Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All merchandise must be postmarked and dropped to your local post office to Hype Shirt Co within 14 days of package being delivered to you, we do issue tracking numbers on each of our packages so we will verify those dates accordingly. Merchandise must be in un-used and un-worn condition. Merchandise must be shipped back to Hype Shirt Co via Insured Mail to the address given after contacting us to initiate return. All return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

If you do not meet the above criteria, please do not attempt to return your purchase. It does not meet our criteria and the item(s) will be refused by our Returns Department and sent back to you at your expense.

Once Hype Shirt Co receives their merchandise back we will process that refund to you for the purchase price of the merchandise, less any shipping/handling that was incurred. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt by Hype Shirt Co.

Shipping is not included in refund.

Please include your order number, and the reason for the return.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on clearance items.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect items carefully upon receipt.

We aim to send out all items perfected, although occasionally, a defective item may sneak by. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact hypeshirtco@gmail.com as each item is handled on a case-by-case basis.

We stand behind our products 100% and are happy to offer a full refund or store credit for items that are returned back to us, unwashed and unworn. After contacting our team via email, we can issue a shipping label for you to attach to a package of your own.

You MUST contact HYPE SHIRT CO. within 14 days of receipt to initiate a claim for a defective item. Defective items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. We do not offer exchange, refund, credit or otherwise on purchases over 14 days.

If items arrive to us after 14 days of receipt, store credit may be issued up to 30 days after receipt. We are not able to offer anything for items returned 30 days after receipt.

**Please remember an exchange is not always possible.

**All defects are handled individually. Policy on defective items is subject to change at any time.

EXCHANGES

Due to the limited quantities we may not be able to offer exchanges.

You can exchange any unwornunwashed product, within 14 days of receipt.

Item must be shipped back to HYPE SHIRT CO. within 14 days of receipt to process an exchange. We are not able to offer an exchange after 14 days of receipt. Customer is responsible to pay an exchange fee of 6 for one item and $7.50 for 2+ items.

You must contact HYPE SHIRT CO to initiate an exchange.  We will send an invoice for the exchange fee and once the exchange fee has been paid, we will send a return label to your email.  Packages can be returned in your mailbox, a blue USPS mailbox or anywhere that accepts USPS First Class packages.  Once we see that the package has been shipped. We will ship out your new item.
